Becca and Lee's Sunny Devon Wedding at The Headland Hotel, Torquay.
I'm so excited to finally share Becca and Lee's Super fun and scorching hot, 17th of June, wedding at The Headland Hotel in Torquay! This was such lovely day. Featuring so much fun and laughter in the morning, unique ways of trying to stay cool, youtube tutorials for pocket squares, mind blowing magic from the amazing Dan Brazier, hilarious renditions of songs and other feel good vibes from the super talented Rich Cottell, a lovely sunset overlooking the bay and the biggest fricking wedding cake I've ever seen in my life!
This couple and their family and friends are absolutely lovely! I was treated as a family member, not just "the photo bloke" and even had my own nameplate at dinner (which was absolutely scrumptious by the way)
I first met Becca when I was about 10ish. We both did lots of 10 pin bowling back then and were part of the youth bowling club in torquay. Shoutout to Torbay YBC! We were little terrors back then and It was nice to see that neither of us had really changed. Becca was the cheeky and very forward, but equally lovely person that I remembered, and It was so cool to have the opportunity to catch up with her. Meet her awesome partner in life who is just as lovely, capture their beautiful day and geek out a little over 10 pin bowling.
Thank you Becca and Lee (and a special mention to Caralyn and Keith who looked past my naughty ways as a child and trusted me with their daughters wedding photos) for everything! The whole day and everything leading up to it was awesome and I'm going to miss you all until next time we meet.
Keep scrolling for some of my fave moments from the wedding followed by Becca and Lee's story and a few bits of advice from Becca, for you if you are planning your wedding...

Words and advice from the Becca...
How we met... Lee and I met at bingo lol!!!!! I asked lee out but he wasn't ready to commit... then a couple of months later I asked him again and made him say yes haha!!!
The Proposal... Lee took me to amicis the day after my birthday and then onto the big wheel where he hired the VIP section and proposed to me at the top
My best moments of the wedding... The preparation in the hotel the morning of the wedding... and the easy flow of the day from start to finish helped enormously by yourself
My advice to people planning their wedding... For the bride.... wear something comfortable, don't get married in the height of summer and don't get pissed on the day... I didn't get drunk and enjoyed every minute. It didn't go too quick and I took everything in. ... For the grooms... Don't ever worry about the speech, you're going to have to do it if you're nervous or not. So just enjoy it... or with technology at its best, pre record it so you don't have to worry about it.
