As you know, it's not long until your big day and let me tell you. I am beyond excited!

I really want to get a sense of what will be happening on the day, what you are most excited about and what moments are most important to you. There are also a few things I need to know so that I can be in the right place at the right time.

What locations do I need to be at and what times do I need to be there?

Please add the addresses, postcodes, times and a contact number for each address? It's always best to allow extra time for travel. You just never know when it comes to traffic, parking and getting lost.

Your Timeline

Please let me know if you need any guidance here? What time is everything? hair and makeup, travel, the ceremony, group photos, food, speeches, cake cutting, first dance and anything/everything else? Remember to allow 30 mins for group photos, 30 mins for your couple photos and plenty of time for your most important moments.

Your fave people, their names and roles?

Important peoples names? Parents, grandparents, your kids, bridesmaids and groomsmen. The people who are most important to you.

Family photo list

Let me know which family photos you would like. Please list (I really recommend no more than) 6 different groups and please include names? I usually start with... 1. big group photo of all guests (if it's possible to get high up enough on the day)

Photography Restrictions/limitations at the ceremony or reception

Its best to ask your celebrant/vicor and your venue coordinator, in advance “are there any restrictions or things to be mindful of, concerning photography”

Your Wedding Team

Please list the names and website links of all of your chosen suppliers who I will be working alongside on the day. Such as venue, flowers, entertainment, beauty, transport, outfits, food, decoration ect... I would love to pop over and say hello to these lovely people and I like to share the photos with them after the wedding.

Are there any family dynamics or sensitive subjects I should be aware of?

This helps me be super sensitive and makes sure I dont put my foot in it! I would probably just cry if I ended up causing offence or upsetting anyone.

Are you providing me with a meal on the day?

No worries at all if you are not! It's just so that I know to pack some food. If you are, I'm one of those veggies so I'll have anything vegetarian please?
