Lucy & Nick's WINDY St Agnes engagement session. I witnessed love and playfulness. I sniffled alot. I had a watery eye every time I held the camera to it (due to it creating a wind trap). I let the beautiful sun leak into my lense. I wouldnt change anything about this adventure! Thank you so much Lucy and Nick. See you soon for the next one!Read More
An adventure in Paignton, Devon. Super Cold winter wind, Super stunning winter light and Super amounts of pure love! These two are amazing! We talked about their story, their plans for their wedding (festival vibes) and tattoos. But mostly, I stood back and documented pure love. Of course, with the view of the hotel where Maddie asked Jess to Marry her in the background.Read More

Tomorrow will be a very special day indeed! Tomorrow is the wedding day of Cindy and Rob. This couple along with their little boy Arthur are a truly wonderful little family. I am so excited and feel so honoured that I will be spending the day watching and documenting their wedding tomorrow.
A few months ago we took a little visit to Fursdon House and Garden. The reception venue that Cindy and Rob have chosen. What a stunning countryside location for a wedding!
Below are some of my favourite photos from that visit, along with some words from Cindy about her and Rob and about their upcoming wedding. Cindy also offers some great advice for others planning a wedding.
To Cindy, Rob and your friends and family who are reading this,
I hope this will add to the excitement for tomorrow.
I'll see you then.
What are your names and names to be?
Cindy Lawrence (Beddard to be!) Robert Beddard.
The story of how you first met and fell in love?
So, me and rob worked across the road from each other, I'd secretly taken a liking to him until he approached me on a night out and we got chatting. I obviously made a good impression as he proposed to me on that night (on one knee!) I kindly declined but then swapped numbers and the whirlwind romance started there!
One of the things you look forward to in your married life together?
All the family having the same name and making memories as husband and wife (being husband and wife sounds grown up!!)
What are you most excited about on your wedding day?
To say 'I do', over my 27 years I've dreamt of this moment ALOT! every girl has. Rob is most excited about the food!!! (I'm sure he's excited to get married as well!!)
Describe your vision for your perfect wedding day?
Relaxed and happy with family and friends, we both dislike tradition or doing 'what's expected' we are hoping for a laid back day full of laugher and new memories!
One of your favourite memories together?
There are so many happy and funny memories but the most favourite is our son being born.
What do you do for work, what are your interests and how do you like to spend your free time together?
I am a part time hairdresser and admin manager. Rob is living his dream as a strength and conditioning coach for the Exeter Chiefs. We like to spend time relaxing and taking our son new places.
How is your wedding planning going?
Planning a wedding with a 6 month old child in 9months is tricky. But we are ticking things of the list slowly! We both have enjoyed adding our own personal ideas (mostly from pinterest!)
What theme or style and personal touches will your wedding have?
We are having a vintage, romantic, rustic wedding, which kind of matches our personalities! I love pastel colours and light and vintage decor and rob is into very rustic and country style so we are mixing them together. We are doing a lot of DIY to add that special personal touch (again pinterest has had a great influence!)
What is one of the things that is super important to you about your wedding day?
Friends and family having fun!!! We want to celebrate becoming husband and wife with smiles, laughter and dancing!
How are you finding your inspiration?
As mentioned my new friend pinterest is a great help, also wedding fairs are great for budget ideas.
Have you had an awesome, unique idea for your wedding that you would like to share with others?
Not really, just to turn up on time!! I am always late!
Do you have any advice for others who are planning a wedding?
Don't lose sight of what your planning and the reasons your getting married, it's your day not anyone else's, as long as you and your partner are there to say "I do" nothing else matters!
Lists, lists and more lists! You can't beat a list and it means you don't forget things!
What was super important to you when choosing a photographer?
We wanted a photographer that was like us, relaxed but would get the job done! We wanted someone to take the stress from us and make us feel comfortable in front of the camera.
